Do you travel?

Yes! That is something I really enjoy about onsite work. Travel is included within a 25 mile radius of Minneapolis 55416 where my studio is located. Outside of 25 miles I charge $2.50/mile for gas & travel, which is divided between artists. If hotel/flight is required due to start times or location those situations will be handled by request.

Do you have a contract or deposit requirement?

Yes, I do ask for a contract signature which lays out the policies I have for working together. This is to ensure both parties are covered in the case of a cancellation. A deposit will be taken upon receipt of the contract. $200 to hold your date which will be deducted from the total Day-Of invoice.

Do you have a Service Minimum?

I require four services to come onsite for each individual artist, so eight services for two artists and so on, if you don’t meet the service minimum I will assess a $100 fee. The total number of services do not include Add Ons.

Who makes the schedule?

I know you have plenty to worry about with planning for your special day or big event. I like to take care of the schedule, since I know what artists are coming with me, along with the length of time each service requires. All I need from you is a list of your bridal party & what services they are receiving.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

In the event of a wedding cancellation or postponement, if the trial services have been performed the non-refundable deposit(s) would stay with the artist(s). If the trial has not been performed, there is no hold on the date and therefore no deposit is required. If a rescheduled wedding occurs & can be accommodated, the deposit will hold for the future date.

Termination of Contract & COVID-19 Exposure:

 Ashley can choose to terminate a contract at any point given reasons such as improper communication, payment, or another extenuating circumstance in which her business is at risk of being taken advantage of. In the occurrence of a COVID-19 exposure or positive test, the deposit will remain non-refundable if the client is unable to attend the service, if Ashley or another artist is unable to service the deposit will be refunded and efforts will be made to replace the artist if possible.
